Dr. Sara Frampton founded AAI in 1983, seeing the need to represent families in their endeavor to navigate the special education system. Since that time, Dr. Frampton has represented hundreds of families, both as an advocate and educational consultant. Her background as a licensed Educational Psychologist and Marriage Family Therapist has enabled her to work with school districts and families at an unprecedented level.  Dr. Frampton continues her work through AAI, as well as by providing professional learning opportunities for district staff and families alike throughout San Diego County and Southern California.
